Yeah. And I appreciate the research that you bring and the honesty that you bring to it. And I really hear you saying that food is the best source and probiotics and probably having variety of different probiotics and strains also support the microbiome is good. And I think that's really helpful. And I'm sure we'll get to a place where it's personalized. And I know we're not quite there yet.
