So quality information, because that's really what we need.
Again, back to every other industry.
Those are the two things that we need to be able to bring together to really advance the way consumers shop for healthcare.
And then I think on the other side of it, it's the, you know, healthcare is notorious for being a black box on the rates that are negotiated between payers and providers.
And it has been a black box.
So this is the first time that that information is being made public so that each side can come to the table with a more perfect understanding of how they compare to their peers and what's being negotiated.
How good is the data?
We're early in the journey.
I'm going to say it that way.
And I want to put this in context of when these regulations came out at the time, again, a couple of years ago, but the timeline that was put on them for
Both providers and the payer side to be compliant was relatively short.
It was about 12 months.
And at the time, so many people said, okay, this is going to get pushed because that's just not possible.
Well, it didn't get pushed.
Those regulations held.
And so I think everybody has been doing the best that they can to get the information out there.
But it is just that.
It is still messy data.
It comes in the form of MRFs, machine readable files.
Think about in some cases, these are 600 gigabyte files of data, again, that isn't particularly useful, even if accurate in its raw form.
