It was he said he would consider the use of force.

What we need, I think, to be acutely aware of in the next three years is what does he start not just saying but doing?

For example,

Does he make the decision to withdraw US forces from South Korea or substantial numbers from Japan, from Europe?

Does he succumb to the one China interpretation of the Chinese interpretation of one China, which says Taiwan is part of China and so forth?

So I think we need to adopt what you and I will remember and others.
