I really have to be intentional about asking Ben like, well, how was your day?

Like, oh, he went out with his, you know, he went out by himself last night and met up with some other friends, of course, at this comedy show.

and hear about them and try my best not to lean into like I could have hosted that if it was bad like like not because it's so hard because you just feel like a narcissist you're like no no let me just like ask you how you are and like close my mouth and listen like I really think if you want to be or or if you're not in a good partnership it's likely because like you're not being listened to yeah totally so listen to your partner like

Well, I'll start with a don't do.

I would highly recommend if you're like starting content making at the courtship and on.

Try to be couples content.
