I was once working in an office in downtown New York and I left the office building to go and get an overpriced sandwich because that's what people in offices do.
It was around lunchtime.
And I come out of the building and there are all these men screaming at me to get out of the way, which I thought was very rude.
None of them were asking me to smile.
They were just asking me to move.
And then I realised it was because Julia Roberts was filming a movie at the very same time.
I didn't see Julia Roberts.
She was somewhere in the mix and I was getting in the way of the shot.
But for that single moment I understood what it was like to have a wall of people with long lenses.
