But that's what the Republicans put in that big, beautiful betrayal of a bill.
So there's funding issues.

Jen, could pay for the healthcare premiums for three years on the Affordable Care Act for all of America for the tax credits.
Seventy-five billion dollars that could be used for local law enforcement and housing and the like.
So, that's one thing.
The other is, of course, major reforms that we need to be seeing done to this agency.
