District Judge Eileen Cannon has permanently barred the Justice Department from releasing special counsel Jack Smith's final report describing President Trump's stockpiling of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago and allegations that he obstructed government efforts to reclaim them.

Cannon granted a request from Trump to keep that report under wraps, saying its release would present a manifest injustice.

American skier Lindsey Vonn says she nearly lost her left leg when she crashed in the women's downhill at the Milan Cortina Olympic Games.

She posted on Instagram that the damage in her leg led to compartment syndrome that involves pressure building up inside a muscle and restricting blood flow, and that can lead to permanent damage.
