And they were like, well, can you just do another plan for us and just give us an aggressive plan?

What would you do under that?

So they really wanted to buy an investment property, but they already had a few and they didn't need to do another one.

So I was like, okay, well, this is what it looks like if you do an investment property.

Anyway, so that was about nine months ago.

We've been working through all of this and have been through this huge journey about buying this investment property.

And now they've decided, okay, the investment property is not right for us right now.

Yeah.

Sometimes, you know, the unsexy stuff is just the stuff that we need to hear, even though.

Yep.

Might not be what you want to hear.

Oh, and how great that they just like did something.

Yeah.

Um, because we learn when things don't work out.

Yeah.
