We have at Leverage at our weekly team meetings every Monday morning, we have a focus.

So we all have a professional focus and a personal focus.

And we've got to share with everyone what it is that we are focused on doing for that week.

And then the following week, we all check in with each other and we have to announce whether or not we've done our focus.

And it's like a little competition we've got running with a tally.

And at the end of July, whoever's got the most points wins.

I guess an Airbnb voucher to go on holiday.

But I tell you what, we are getting through so much stuff that just little things that we would never have normally done.

Like people are getting all their gardening done.

People are going to the dentist, you know, all these things, little things that you would just, you keep putting off, putting off, putting off.

But just having that,

Firstly, focus, and then accountability, knowing that you're going to need to tell people whether or not you've done it next week.

Massive.
