I do think that living in this world without alcohol... is like visiting a different country or speaking a different language. Your brain has to work slightly differently. And you become conscious of other people in a way that you weren't conscious of them before. And I think that that's just healthy. It's always a good idea to be mindful about something that you had not been mindful about before.

What does it do to who I see? And how much time I spend by myself? What does it do to the quality of time that I have by myself? So I think that's a worthwhile place to visit.
