Yeah, I feel like this applies both completely to self and these parts within us, but then also supporting others because we can, I have also had the tendency to want to fix something. When somebody comes to me with a problem, like, I'm smart, I got it, I can help you decode this, right? And oftentimes it's not only not what the part wants, but it's not what the part needs, right?
