Wouldn't that have moved it from circumstantial evidence to factual?
And a lot of the cases we cover are largely circumstantial, sometimes all circumstantial.
And, you know, we see convictions all the time with circumstantial cases.
They're a lot tougher for prosecutors, and they make for interesting datelines.
