The sort of like, oh, they have these alleged issues with eating that are not real.
They have they're in a wheelchair and they can't move except that they can.
And, you know, I think the other thing I wanted to ask you about, because you were
Technically, chronologically an adult when those events took place.
There is kind of the โ there are these sort of like two points where interventions could have happened to prevent the worst possible outcome.
And, you know, one of them is when you're a child, right?
And then you're talking about child welfare and an intervention that involves custody and that kind of thing.
And obviously in your case, that didn't happen.
And I'm so sorry that that didn't happen.
You deserved better.
You didn't deserve to be left in that situation.
And then there's this other period where you're an adult, but obviously part of your story is that you were deceived about your actual age and deceived about your abilities to live an independent life.
And that's a very common part of this dynamic is that I've seen many, you know,
teenagers, young adults, their parent will try everything to keep them under their control, under their roof.
They will convince them that they will never be able to live an adult life.
That's an extremely common part of this story.
And so I think that's another thing that people are really not aware of is that you are not out of the woods once you are physically grown.
And so you had a couple of attempts to
to leave before you got together with Nick and all of that.
So can you give us some insight on that piece of the experience?
