And that's something, you know, at first we were super alarmed with when working with this type of software.
However, when you look at like this type of software and the churn rate for it, it's actually quite high for many of these things, especially when you're looking at email.
So one of the things that we really have to focus on in our funnel is building a really strong acquisition engine.
