um you know we were nowhere in the shootout um but his discipline is he's not worried about that he knows he knows this is what i need out of the car to go fast and he communicates that and the expectation is you find a solution pretty much so that's what works well

It's not easy at all.

And, I mean, if you look at all these race graphs over time, I knew before I got the team what not many people can do what he does in that, to be fair, you know what I mean?

And, like I say, I think that's the way he drives it, but also the way he forces the engineers to set the car up from his feedback.
