Yeah, so I have to have a lot of talks with my doctor about, look, I don't want my numbers to be like the normal number.
I need to have them be where they should be.
We would call functional numbers.

Um, but yes, I, I do, I do track it.
And, you know, occasionally I find like the biggest thing that changes after races and stuff is like, and also just like not sleeping well at work is just, I do get like fluctuations in testosterone.
Um, and then I also like, I get fluctuations in what's the let's like CRT reactant protein.
CRP.
Oh, CRP.
I get, I get like high levels of that at time, which I assume is because
I get like, so that'll, that'll normally be pretty high.
And then I'm like, well, I'm like, well, yeah, but beyond that, like everything tends to be okay.
I, I, I follow you a lot and I'm like, I always am like, I need to just make sure I need to get like everything done, you know?
So it's definitely on my list to do.
Uh, sometimes I, I'm like, ah, do I really want to know all the, you know, the amount of
the the level or the lack of like really intense biohacking that you're doing it's pretty phenomenal well i believe it's if i could do it i would do it you know it's like yeah it's also a lot more time hyperbarics well it's time it's also like access you know it's access it's i i'm doing what i can do based on my financial status and like where i'm at in life and you know
I live in Redlands, California, which is not the, you know, the Mecca of biohacking, you know, area, you know, I don't live in LA, you know, like I have friends that live in LA and they can go to all these different, I don't even know all the acronyms, but all the things they can get done to them.
