Meanwhile, Rwanda has cut all diplomatic relations with Belgium with immediate effect. The government in Brussels described the move as disproportionate and said it would reciprocate. The Rwandan President Paul Kagame has accused Belgium of lobbying for international sanctions against his country. The English Premier League club Newcastle United haven't won a trophy for decades until now.
