So we actually lose fat through our breathing.
How so?
Well, it's because we expel carbon dioxide through our lungs.
and it's the carbon dioxide being expelled through our lungs.
That's how the fat, and it's expelled.
And the rest of it is through excretions, water loss, things like that.
So isn't that crazy?
So the more you exercise- I'm starting to breathe very heavily here.
Well, that's right.
So the more you exercise, you can increase your carbon dioxide, expelling carbon dioxide 20% by doing 30 minutes of exercise a day.
30 minutes of exercise a day, 20%.
That reduces body fat, which then we get all these other health benefits along the way.
Yeah, look, there are potential side effects, and I think people that are on these, they know what they are, and generally they have some of these.
Everyone has some of these.
So nausea would be the number one thing.
When people start on it, they certainly get nauseous, and the higher dose you go, you get worse.
So people control their dosages based on that.
A lot of the time you can get diarrhoea.
