Well, that will be very, very individual for everyone.
That's extreme, I know.
That is extreme, but without doubt.
I mean, chronic stress leads to all those outcomes that you talked about and many, many, many more.
But again...
it's saying, what is the normal me?
And you start getting headaches or your hair starts to fall out or you start to show these physical signs, then yes, stress could be a significant part of that.
I'm feeling anxious.
I'm worried right now.
I've got to go into a meeting in five minutes time.
And how do I get into a better space to deal with that meeting?
The quickest way to reduce stress, it's called a physiological sigh.
