Now, this is a very simple technique that everyone can use.
You have to do a long breath in your nose where you almost exhaust all your air.
Stop and then do a very short inhale through the nose and then push it out through the mouth.
All right, and do 10 of those.
So long in through the nose, stop, and then a short in through the nose, out.
Okay.
This amazing technique that the research has shown reduces stress straight away.
I'm not happy about it, but it is where I'm at and I've got to deal with it.
That's the first thing.
The next bit is to rework the situation emotionally.
through brainstorming.
And that's where, Tim, we talked about earlier about bringing someone else into it and working through it.
Come up with ideas about how to work through it.
And if you don't have ideas or you get stuck, bring someone else in to work.
Share.
And then rewrite the situation or build a plan.
Come up with some strategies, work with others, come up with the strategies.
There's always opportunities that are there.
Yeah, that's right.
