We went by and this guy, by the way, you know that he is just the most, not just amazing chef, but amazing person.
This guy does World Central Kitchen.
He took us, gave us everything that the restaurant makes, like every dish, and then goes, let's go to my other restaurant.
He's like, let's go to my other restaurant.
We go to the second restaurant with him.
And he feeds us absolutely everything on that menu.
And to the point where we're like, I think we're all going to throw up right now.
And then he's just the greatest guy.
I cannot say enough good things about this guy.
He's just like, he's an incredible dude.
Like as a restaurateur, as a chef, and as a human being, Jose Andres is top of the fucking list.
