So when you first told me that, I said this is โ it was so shocking that โ because you're basically saying I don't want to be in love.
I don't want to have the fun of being in a relationship.
I don't want any of it because I'm that committed to my work.
And at first it was really shocking and it made me feel like you'd exaggerated the importance of your work and you were missing out on something.
Then I thought โ
I sat with it and I realized, no, you're absolutely right.
It's what I did.
It's what a lot of people who I think go on to do things that are significant end up doing.
It's just not the kind of thing you want to say, not just publicly, but it's also not the kind of thing you want to say to yourself.
But it's important.
It's important to focus to that degree, I think.
