You can't file for divorce if you're never married.
That's one.
And two, the second problem here is the reason that men usually lose their custody when it comes to divorce and divorce court is because women plot.
they plot escape hatches.
So what they do is they go, okay.

Look, you know, I'm going to take two years, make sure that you're fucking destitute on the way out, and then I'm filing in divorce court.
Correct.
You're going to get hit over the head from what happens in divorce court.
