So these guys, they earn $100,000 each.

They are earning good money.

They've got a house worth $800,000.

It's dropped from $1.1, so they're feeling a little bit sad.

But their mortgage is low.

It's $200,000, so they're feeling good about that.

They've got two cars, two kids, so they're fairly mediocre about that, but no other debt.

Um, so I went to Timaru the other day to look at a property just because I'm mad, right?
