You could, you know, the morality or the virtues is something that you choose to cultivate.
But here also this picture, yeah?
Yeah.
So for those of us that can see very clearly that we have
both the light and the dark within us.
And we want to be more like a light walker or a Yoda instead of a Sith Lord or a Darth Vader.
Walk us through the journey of examining what those virtues are and then how one could put into practice in their daily life that and then maybe sharing your own lens where it's been difficult or how it showed up.
This is one of these things.
Yeah, the difference between service to self or service to others being the dominant energy or focus.
I heard you say that there's only one way to become free and that's to become transparent.
Yes.
What do you mean by that?
I'm curious where this has shown up in your life because I think the tendency to identify with something as self and identity of sorts is so deeply ingrained.
Even the idea of someone who is becoming empty
or living a noble path that can become an identity in and of itself.
Like the ego is so slippery and elusive in that way.
And I feel like the way you're referring, becoming transparent is like, there's no place within self I'm not willing to look and meet and stare into the darkness, so to speak.
How has that shown up for you?
What's up, everyone?
One thing that reliably brings me a sense of joy in the morning is having a morning ritual with a warm, nourishing drink to start my day, but I personally don't drink anything with a lot of caffeine, and that's why I love Mud Water.
