I'm not saying I can't be around people who don't believe. But the biggest problem I see that companies do is that they hire people based off their performance, and they don't hire people based off whom they align with. OK, I'm sure, Russell, you've had a guy in your office before that was a really high producer, but he didn't take good care of his wife. He wasn't a very good father.

Hey, my girl, she freaking didn't believe in me. How'd that feel? How did it hurt? Good, okay. You know what? I like you now. Because those people, they have something to prove. Most people are dangerous.
