And if you can do that, you're going to be that much more valuable.

OK, so that conversation and I understand that's a great question.

I can tell you 100% of the time what that leads to on the back end that you don't see amongst your supervisors or your boss or the owner or the founder.

We have a guy who moved here from out of town who started...

doing card writing and, you know, our entry-level positions, and then saw a path, decided to take ownership of that path, and now has created his own little, you know, area of promotion.
