You're going to get what you get, which is you're going to get stagnant employees.

You're going to get people that don't care about your customers.

You're going to get people that show up there, take their check, go the fuck home.

And it's going to be a constant headache for you dealing with this situation over and over and over again.

What happens when those guys get hired away from some other company and get promised a bigger job?

because you're stagnant right now because you're not growing to think that people are going to continue to stay in a situation when they have high ambition just because you've employed them for x amount of years that's that's not reality bro at the end of the day people have to take care of themselves they got to take care of their families and your job as an entrepreneur if you're ethical is to create a pathway for those people to achieve that and and by the way it's not an option if you want to build something big it's not an option now you can do that you can do
