It is a comedy show set in Eagleton, Indiana, starring Parker Posey.

And it is just that side of the story of the run of Parks and Recreation, which for people who don't watch the show, there was a kind of like,

Echoing The Simpsons, there was a Springfield Shelbyville like there is the evil other town.

In the case of Parks and Rec, it was Eagleton where everything was rich and fancy and perfect.
