You're not going to need to do that because workspace.google.com is going to make it possible for you to automate things across Sheets and Gmail and Docs, et cetera, in really simple ways.

Well, I think that the concerns about job displacement are well-founded because it's going to happen.

It is happening in many ways.

At the very same time, I think there's an ongoing and important role for humans in that mix to

which has to do with managing, right?

So general management principles are skills that, wow, I'm getting a, can you see this?

Yeah, I must be saying something very important.

Look at that, wow.

But anyway, I believe because I have this experience in my own work with AI on a daily basis is that I'm the orchestrator.

I'm the manager.

I am manipulating and correcting and redirecting

All of those executive function skills are going to be important.

I don't know how you train those into somebody except through experience.

The best way to become the orchestrator slash manipulator of AI is to do it with AI.

Start being a manager of AI and don't worry about that AI suddenly leaping out of the screen and taking your seat.
