My storyline to watch will be Scotty Scheffler.
I think we've seen early in his career, we had the putting adversity.
And I think the...
The putter, he overcame that.
He went to the spider and the claw, and he's overcome that.
He's become a great putter.
To me, he's dealing with a little bit of falling short, coming up short a good amount, not being able to string together four rounds on multiple cases.
And this is an extraordinarily high standard that he has set based off the last three years.
But you see it in press conferences too.
I think that there's a toll that being the number one ranked player in the world takes on players.
It's hard to stay there because of just the obligations.
And he kind of rose to his place by being obligation-free.
People expected him to be a very good player.
Nobody expected him to be the best player since Tiger.
And...
all of a sudden the last two years, he's been met with more demands of his time than he ever has in his life.
And I think one of his superpowers is illustrated by like Jordan Spieth has said, that's one of the superpowers is like he, he lives like a fairly carefree life.
And I think you're starting to see some of that boil over.
And then the idea of coming up short.
