So I,
Listen, I expect Scottie to get a major this year, but if he doesn't, it just gets harder to win majors the longer you go without one.
And I think Scottie, obviously, this is not... It's just a very compelling story.
He hasn't gotten it done the way we've grown accustomed to the last three years.
And that could switch.
It could flip this week, and all of a sudden, it's, you know, he wins a ton of stuff.
Like, he comes back and he wins at Durrell when we're recording this.
You know, he comes back from bad first round, wins at Durrell.
But...
This year's been kind of the story of him coming up short just because of a myriad of reasons.
I'm just fascinated to see if it clicks in and he has a great second half of the year, but the first half of the year has been lackluster by his standards.
I'm very excited about this.
I saw that Data Golf had him in the top 50 in the world already, right?
I think this is the most complete player.
Another name that I throw out that because of how much buzz Quavin is getting that I don't think people are paying a lot of attention to is Preston Stout, who just won his third straight Big 12.
Super good.
In any other year, Preston Stout would be the story.
Now...
Personally, having watched him at the Walker Cup, I have some pace of play concerns that have nothing to do with his ability to play golf at a high level.
It might actually help him play golf at a high level, but I didn't enjoy the Preston Stout experience because of the pace of play.
