When my time it goes off, it's more just to be like, Hey, you need to be like, you need to be moving.
to check anything, but just like you want to be in a good spot in 20 minutes.
What do you mean?
I don't understand what this is.
So you put a timer on to tell you.
Just to be like you should have veggies chopped and the rice on by, I just kind of pick an arbitrary time so then it becomes exciting for me that I'm under time pressure.
Otherwise I won't do it.
I'll just let it blow out.
It's just to stop you procrastinating.
Yeah, like a pacemaker.
Yeah, I do it all the time at home because my watch just has an automatic like 10-minute timer on it.
I go, right, timer on before I get in the shower.
Not because I'm going to take 10 minutes in the shower, but when this goes off, you want to be absolutely dry, pants on, socks on, shoes on.
You want to be in a good position in 10 minutes.
So more like mini contests to see yourself every day.
Yes, yes.
No one else knows I'm in the match.
