There's nothing gentle about jiu-jitsu.
It's ridiculous to call it that.
I don't know what psychopath called it the gentle art.
I've been hurt more times.
Everybody I know that's done jiu-jitsu as long as I have has either artificial discs in their back and neck or has had multiple knee surgeries.
Or has had torn shoulders where they had to get reconstructed or blown out elbows.
