I guess that's why, like I said, the forest thing, that was part of it, was I'm just no good.

My mind's constantly active and

You know, my family, I'm not even good, let's say I spend time with the family, but I get in the way.

They've got a routine and process.

Mate, I did a couple of school runs.

I was going to kill people, right?

So I can't get my kids organised in the morning.

But at the same time, it's allowed me sort of just to kind of,

just to reassess and get the energy levels.

Because what happens is you go from where I am now, where you're kind of every minute of the day feels like an eternity, to 100 miles an hour overnight.

Because as soon as you get a job, even before when it's likely, then bang, it's on 24-7.
