But at the end of the day, and I say that to coaches all the time, coaches who complain, especially young coaches, because young coaches think you get a job and then you have a career.

To have a career, you're going to go through tough times.
And when you're going through those tough times, appreciate them.
Because the unhappiest I've ever been is when I haven't been in a dugout, when I'm out of it.
I've been lucky that it hasn't happened.
So not that I'm unhappy, but I'm less fulfilled now than any time.
Even at Forest, even though I was...
I was under siege all the time.
That's where I wanted to be.
And that's where I want to be.
Yeah.
