The one line that really kind of messed me up too, and I do think the top comment picks up on it.
So they quote OP because he doesn't really respect women who work and doesn't take them seriously either.
It's like, no matter what I do, I can never earn his respect.
And the person responds and says their own thing.
And they go, this is because, spoiler alert, he doesn't respect women, period.
He doesn't respect you because he can't, because he doesn't see you or any woman as a real person.
It will not get better.
He does not respect you because he doesn't respect women.
Honestly, I think that's probably why he went for a 24-year-old, because that's the only person he could probably convince to sleep with him.
I turned 32 in a month, and I'm just like, to be 24 again...
No, this is a great lesson to learn.
