I was like, well, I actually don't want that.
It kind of does become this, like, yeah, mentality and tone.
That's, yeah, an interesting observation.
Gosh, I feel like it is a constant dance between like the idea of coolness and like the reality of crazy.
And I don't know.
I mean, the front facing bit of it, like the publicity bit of it, like it's not really the job in a lot of ways, you know, like it's.
It's not what people get into it for.
It's not what I got into it for.
It's fun and it's necessary to, you know, promote films, I think.
For me, and I like talking about films, I really like that.
I love listening to other people's interviews on films.
But it's just a very different kind of skill set and a different ask of you personally.
And that opens you up to all sorts of, like...
vulnerability I think too because you're not being a character you're being yourself or a version of yourself and I think we're all constantly worrying about ourselves or a version of ourselves being cringe yeah I know but I do just want to let go of that like truly I do want to let go of that and I think about it in terms of
you know, people I admire, what do I admire about them?
Do I admire the fact that they're cool or do I admire the things that they actually do?
And what is coolness?
If coolness is not caring, I'm never going to be cool.
I care about so many things.
No, I mean, gosh.
