Like just great connections as a chef that it really, it was like a dream programme.

And like the different restaurants from hotels to cafes that we were eating in on and off the screen, if you know what I mean.
They were just amazing.
I think the food scene in Ireland is incredible.
Yeah, they've got a great work-life balance.
You've got a lot of people who are like husband and wife teams in opening up a business.
They open up for, you know, coffee, breakfast, then have nice brunch time, lunch time, and then kind of like a early dinner trade.
Like, so they close around five or six hours.
