And then they go home to the kids.

You know, like it's a work-life balance.

In London, people would be laughing at you.

They'd be like, you're joking.

Like dinner's where you get all the money.

But I think Ireland has got a really good work-life balance there and it should be protected.

It's because of the small business owners.

It's like when you have a load of chains coming in and when you have a load of like investors coming in, that's when everything changes.

Yeah, yeah.

Oh, I've always had a fantastic team, but I love going to work.

You know what I mean?

I absolutely love being in the restaurant and the little wine bar because they're right beside each other.

I love being there.

So, Oisín is at school now.

So, I don't have him every single evening.

So, if I don't have Oisín in the evening, I'll have, I'll do a double shift in the restaurant.

But otherwise, I'd be there during the day.

Unless until I'm a master chef.

I know, I love it.

Like, I actually find that it replenishes me when I'm working in the restaurant.
