Get a shoulder lamb and marinate it in whatever flavours you like.
So if you like spices, go for like big heats and chilli and garlic and onions.
But if you don't like heat, you can go for sweet spices like cinnamon or even Asian, you can go with like sesame seed and soy sauce.
Marinate that for like, if you can, like a couple of hours, but even 10 minutes will help it.
And then just slow cook that for about...
maybe three and a half hours.
And then once you've slow cooked at about 120 degrees, you can just pop that back in the oven for about 20 minutes to get it nice and hot.
Well, I was going to say pavlova, but then I had this brilliant idea where if you do a giant panna cotta, like in like a crazy dish, like your fruit bowl or some big bowl that you have as a decoration in your house, and you make a big giant panna cotta in that, you have it and it'll take up a whole shelf in your fridge.
But it's a really dramatic thing.
And all you do is you're going to boil your cream, your sugar, your vanilla together, and then you pour it over gelatine.
And then you just set it in the bowl.
It's so easy.
Okay.
And then you can decorate that with lots of lovely fresh fruit.
And it's easier than a pavlova.
And it's real dramatic.
You know, you bring it out and people are like, oh.
Well, I was always grateful.
