So I had a genius idea.
I started selling his clothes on Vinted.
And yes, I was selling his 150 plus items for just five to ten pounds.
Safe to say, I bought them boots within a few days and I had change.
So girls, if anyone's partner picked up some amazing bargains on Vinted, it was probably me.
And I wore my Doc Martens with pride, knowing he would never know his clothes he spent his hard-earned money on paid for my boots.
Can I just say that is an absolute genius.
