You list like things that you're focusing on today, things that you're grateful for.
You have an affirmation, but they give you some affirmations to pick from.
So you kind of read through and go, oh yeah, that one I liked today.
And then you do it in the evening as well.
It's literally just saying, here are things I'm grateful for scientifically.
So beautiful.
I think I do talk about it on Small Talk a lot, but I find that really helps.
