If this is all, you know, I know it's alleged, but if it is true, obviously there's probably likely chance that that would have happened and he might have killed again.

It's awful.

Well, actually, as we're speaking of family on family crime, that leads us into this next case because this next case is blowing up everywhere right now.

It's the case of Rob Reiner, his wife Michelle.

They were obviously brutally murdered inside their mansion in Brentwood, California.

I'm sure so many of you have already heard about this case, like the base of it, what happened.

But now a former friend of Nick, the son, has recently spoken out.

And suddenly there are a lot of new details coming out.

And not just about the murders, but about Nick's behavior in the days and weeks leading up to the double murder.

And I'll be honest, once you hear this timeline, it is a little bit difficult to not look at everything very differently.

So here's what we know.

Nick Reiner is 32 years old, and he has been charged now with murdering his parents.

His dad, Rob Reiner, who is 78 years old, and the legendary filmmaker he did When Harry Met Sally, he did Princess Bride, I mean, just iconic.

And also his mom, Michelle Reiner, who is 70 years old and a very accomplished photographer.

They were both found stabbed to death inside their Brentwood home on Sunday, December 14th.

Now get this, what's really sticking with people is what Nick was doing just hours before they were killed.

And I think that the reason that does stick with people is because they want to see, okay, what were the precursors to this?

Was there some sort of catalyst?

Was there an argument?

Was there escalation?
