disbelief and injustice completely like you know I think it's a failing in the system itself to grant someone such leniency with such a checkered history a tendency for violence and the fact that this person was out on bail you know if I mean if that person wasn't out on bail
Especially given the aggravating factors.

There was a lot of mitigating factors that were read out by the judge.
But there was none of the aggravating factors that were really read out.
