You'd be surprised at the lengths that you would go to...

to try and get justice, which is wrong.

You shouldn't have to go to that lengths.

Nobody should, especially after losing a loved one and you're grieving.

Or the scope for manslaughter, I suppose, is so broad.

You know, you've your low, mid, high and very high range.

And there's a lot of aggravating factors there.

If you were to go into it and look into it,

would have been present within this particular case in the high range that just weren't read out like, you know, and I don't think there was enough weight given to that.

And there was excessive weight given to the mitigation and the leniency, you know, when in our view, it was purely tactical just to get a lawyer sentence.

It's becoming an epidemic in the country, you know.
