It was capped at the time, but we're raising now at a higher cap than what we raised.

We don't have a lead yet on the table, but I expect it to be in the $6 million to $8 million range.
I think it depends on stage, really.
And I think when you think about stage and early stage, you know, going from angel rounds are mostly just, you know, friends, family and influencers, you know, personally who put in money and they will do an equity or convertible, as you point out.
But as you get to a seed stage like us, you're really starting to think about future rounds.
So you're looking at, you know, other deal terms like liquidation preferences.
