They will simply explain it away in a different way.
And those who don't agree with it, those who make up lies about it, I would simply invite them to go back to the sources, to the Quran and the Hadith themselves, and then have a discussion right there about that.
Because I don't want to take any other sources.
I don't want to take what you or he or she says about Islam.
I want to take the sources themselves.
Is there such a thing as a moderate Muslim?
A moderate Muslim would be somebody who doesn't abide by traditional Islam and who simply lives his life.
I would say I was at some point maybe what you would call a moderate Muslim.
I know people who are what you would call a moderate Muslim.
They just don't really care about Islam.
They just live their lives.
It's like if there was a term for a Catholic who doesn't regularly go to church and you wanted to call them a moderate Catholic, I guess that would be kind of the equivalent of a moderate Muslim.
Are they moderates because they don't understand Islam fully?
This is kind of connected to one question that people generally have, which is, can Islam be reformed?
To which I will say, no, it can't.
You will always have people who don't adhere to the traditional form, the actual form of Islam, and who will try to reinterpret and change it or who won't, you know, practice it properly.
But unfortunately, that's not enough because there will always be a big section of Muslims who will abide by Islam as it is.
And as long as that exists, the existence of moderate Muslims or reformed Muslims or anything like that is irrelevant.
I've heard you say that Islam is false.
Yes.
