We're not backing off no matter what we discover in the due diligence, which was very ballsy.
And what was the WhatsApp?
This was a $10 million round at what valuation?
The same as the acquisition offer?
It was a $10 million round, the same valuation of the acquisition offer.
So we make it apples to apples with some nice restructuring the cap table because back then there was already because of the bridge loan.
Oh, that $2.5 million, that was a loan?
Yeah, it was a CLA.
It converted together with the round.
