And we took that offer and we signed that in, I think it was like summer of 2019.
And he told me after that conversation, listen, this is going to be the hardest round you've had because you guys had such a hard time.
Now you finally have an actual company and things are really running well.
You know, I see companies today raising $20 million seed rounds at $100.
So I don't know.
I don't know anymore.
But back then, it was a nice leap of faith.
Yeah.
So...
Actually, we ended that year at a double.
So within like four or five months.
And then we started growing really nicely, but then COVID hit really bad.
That was beginning of 2020.
We actually opened.
So everything was inbound and word to mouth.
We didn't have any salespeople.
We hired a first sales team in New York.
And I went to meet them in New York on the 10th of March, 2020.
We had a week of training and onboarding.
I went back home and everything locked down.
